Zebedees Lunches
Zebedees Autumn-Winter Menu 2018. Our Zebedees lunches are going really well. The children are enjoying the different variety offered throughout each week. The new Autumn/Winter 2018 Menu is now available for you to view… (your child will be bringing one home too).

Woodland walks and making stickmen
The children who were at nursery throughout the holidays went on a woodland walk this week. They collected sticks and leaves and used them to make their own stickmen and collages. They had sheets of objects to look out for on the walk which they enjoyed using and worked well

Making chocolate Easter eggs and baskets
Throughout the Easter holidays the children took part in making chocolate nests and finding Easter eggs. The boys enjoyed using strings to make spider webs on the doors. Outside they helped to dig out the flower bed and played various games including hide and seek and the floor is lava.

World Autism Awareness Week
A little reminder that it is World Autism Awareness Week this week. Parents are welcome to send children in onesies tomorrow (Wednesday 28th March 2018) and we are holding a cake sale tomorrow in the school hall ( infant site) as a joint charity event with Ashdown School PTA.

Our new seating and learning mats
We have purchased new seating and mats to enhance our book area in both the caterpillars and butterflies’ classrooms. This has encouraged the children to use this space more, which enables them to develop their literacy skills and listen to and look at familiar stories.

Who ate my porridge?
The children listened to the story of the Three Bears whilst eating the porridge that they had made.
